Safe Ordering Procedure

1. What are the requirements/permits needed to import fish?

Usually you will need an import license/permit to import fish, but for the full requirements needed to import fish, you need to check with your local authorities (as regulations vary by country). Please also check the documentation required for you to complete the shipment (e.g. Health Certificate, Certificate of Origin, etc.) and let us know, so we can prepare it for your shipment.

2. What is the minimum order quantity for each export shipment?

We have no minimum order requirements, however the minimum weight requirement by airlines is usually 45 kg or 100 kg (depending on the airline and destination country).

3. What is the packing density? How do I order?

In general, all export shipment will be packed in high-density expanding poly foam boxes, which can be used as double-story boxes. With our experience of over 5 years in the industry, packaging density can be adjusted depending on the total travel distance (taking into account shipment launch time, flight transit hours, shipment permission by the customer, distance traveled from the airport to the store/facility).

You can order in boxes of 1, ½, ¼, ⅙, or ⅛ per item. For High Density, Smaller Variations, or other forms of packaging, can be requested and arranged.

4. What are the payment terms?

Prepayment is required. Please send us a copy of T/T after you make the payment, so that we can follow up with our bank. After receiving payment from our bank, you can tell us your desired shipment date. We will do our best to arrange shipment to you on that date, otherwise we will arrange shipment as soon as possible.

5. What is the refund policy like?

CV. Jenius Revolusi Aquarium understands our customers' concerns about survival rates when shipments arrive. In this case, CV. Jenius Revolusi Aquarium promises that 95% of the fish will arrive alive. However, in rare cases where the fatality rate exceeds 5%, we are more than willing to offer a refund.

In such cases, please take a photo of the dead fish in the bag upon arrival. This is done so that we can better understand the condition of the fish when landed, and make any necessary changes to packaging for the next shipment. A complete shipment report (with photos) must be sent to us within 24 hours of shipment arrival. Refund claims will not be available for unforeseen situations (such as flight delays), and refund claims will be deducted from the next shipping invoice.
